Terms and Conditions

Digicor can provide an advance replacement service for urgent warranties related to Digicor server and storage products. Digicor can send out a working replacement unit to the customer prior to the reception of the defective product. However, customers will need to accept the terms and conditions below before an Advance RA submission can be made:

Terms and Conditions
  1. If the customer’s Digicor account is C.O.D. (Cash on delivery), payment for the goods and/or invoice is required prior to despatch.
  2. After receiving the advance replacement item, customers are required to ship the defective item back to Digicor in the original or equivalent packaging within 14 days. Failure to return the defective unit within 14 days, will incur a 15%restocking fee.
  3. Physical damage is not covered by the advance warranty. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper installation, improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by inappropriate use. If the product is deemed to have been physically damaged, the warranty will be considered null and void.

    If the customer does not have a valid Digicor warranty number (Wxxxx or Wxxxxxx) or the warranty is outside of on-site terms, there is a non-refundable service fee ($190+ GST) for the advance warranty request. This fee covers the priority service for the urgent warranty request.
