Digicor offers credit only under the following conditions:

  1. Goods are considered D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) within 14 days of invoice, only. The D.O.A. item needs to be returned in saleable condition, including packaging. Digicor will not accept the return of the item if it is not packaged and in saleable condition.
  2. If the customer has ordered the wrong product in error it needs to be returned within 14 days in order to receive credit. The item needs to be a Digicor stocked product and not a special order item. If the returned Digicor product is not in resalable packaging and condition a 15% re-stocking fee will apply, based on the current Digicor list price.
  3. If Digicor has been found to have sold the wrong product to the customer, the item needs to be returned in saleable condition, including packaging. Digicor will not accept the return of the item if it is not packaged and in saleable condition.
  4. Physical damage is not covered in the warranty. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper installation, improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by inappropriate use. If the product is deemed to have been physically damaged, the warranty will be considered null and void.
  5. Digicor’s customers are required to return product at their own freight and insurance cost
