Terms and Conditions

Digicor can provide an onsite replacement service for valid Onsite warranties of Digicor server and storage products. However, customers will need to accept the terms and conditions below before an RA submission can be made:

Terms and Conditions
  1. Customers are required to provide the correct invoice or warranty number when applying for an onsite RA.
  2. Physical damage is not covered by any warranty. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper installation, improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by inappropriate use. If the product is deemed to have been physically damaged, the warranty will be considered null and void.
  3. If the customer does not have a valid Digicor warranty number (WXXXX or WXXXXXX) then the following charges apply:$180/- per hour during business hours including travel time.

    $ 360/- per hour after business hours including travel time.
