Terms and Conditions

Digicor offers a Return to Base Warranty for hardware products sold by Digicor. Digicor will send the replacement back to the customer at Digicor’s own courier cost. Digicor’s customers are required to send in a defective product at their own freight and insurance cost.

Customers need to accept the following terms and conditions before submitting their warranty request:

  1. Warranty only covers the hardware purchased against defects in materials and workmanship. Any physical damage including improper use of the product is not covered by the warranty.
  2. The supplied RA number is valid for 14 days, and receipt of goods is only valid for 14 days. If Digicor does not receive the RA product in the aforementioned number of days, the request will be dismissed.
  3. Customers are required to provide the correct invoice or warranty number when applying for an online RA.
  4. The returned product will be tested by a Digicor technician based on the fault description. Customers are required to provide a detailed description of the fault; wording such as “Faulty MB” will not be accepted. The customer is required to pay for the return courier charge if the RMA goods are not found to be faulty, as described in the supplied fault description.
  5. The customer’s RA goods will be returned to them if the Digicor RA number displayed on the carton is not correct.
