Can I make adjustments to my order?

Except for special order items marked with “*” in your quotation, you can make modifications and adjustments to other items.

If you want to change special order item, you must let your account manager know as soon as possible so our procurement team will have enough time to negotiate with our suppliers to cancel and return that item if supplier accepts our terms. Only then you can make modifications and adjustments.
